Mentsight is for business owners who want to see what appears when a customer asks an AI assistant about them. We start with the questions a real customer might ask, then keep the answer and the sources behind it visible. The point is not to turn a changing AI response into a promise or a score. It is to show you what we found and what looks worth investigating next.

We're still early. The version we're building starts with one public website. You review the questions before they run, then receive a report showing mentions, citations, competitors, and a short list of evidence-backed opportunities. Mentsight does not edit your website, call something a ranking when the answer does not rank it, or promise that the next AI response will look the same.

Human review is part of the method. AI systems and web indexes change. The wording of a question matters. Citations can be incomplete or wrong. That is why every report is a timestamped snapshot, not a permanent verdict. If we cannot point back to the answer that produced an observation, it is not a Mentsight conclusion.
