Terms for using Mentsight.

These Terms govern access to Mentsight's website and paid AI visibility service. Mentsight is operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account, submitting a website for analysis, or buying a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy notice.

1. Business use and accounts

Mentsight is offered for business use by people aged 18 or over. You must give accurate account information, protect access to your account, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Authority to submit a website

You may submit only a public website that you own, operate, represent, or are otherwise authorised to analyse. You instruct us to retrieve its public pages and send relevant public content and approved prompts to our service providers to produce your reports. Do not submit private systems, credentials, personal customer data, unlawful material, or content you are not entitled to use.

3. Plans, billing, and renewal

Starter, Compare, and Complete each cover one website, one measured report per calendar month, up to 15 approved questions, and five stored rounds per enabled assistant. They include one, two, and three supported assistants respectively. Current monthly and yearly prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Yearly plans are priced at ten times the monthly price.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing interval unless cancelled before renewal. Taxes may be added where required. You authorise our billing providers to charge the payment method associated with your account. If a payment fails or your entitlement cannot be confirmed, we may withhold a new report until the subscription is active.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel through the subscription-management option in your account. A cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already paid are non-refundable. We will investigate duplicate or incorrect charges, service failures, and refund requests sent to hello@mentsight.com on their facts.

5. Reports and AI limitations

A Mentsight report is a dated sample of responses produced by independent AI and search providers. Answers can change between runs and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. A mention is not necessarily a recommendation, and Mentsight records a position only where an answer contains an explicit ordered recommendation.

Reports are informational business tools, not legal, financial, or professional advice. We do not promise any ranking, citation, traffic, revenue, or other outcome. You must inspect the stored answer and sources and use your own judgement before acting.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Mentsight to:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or reverse engineer the service;
• gain unauthorised access to accounts, websites, systems, or data;
• submit malicious code or deliberately misleading instructions; or
• resell or systematically extract the service or its data unless we agree in writing.

7. Availability and changes

Mentsight depends on hosting, authentication, billing, crawling, search, and AI providers. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may delay, retry, or omit provider work where a provider is unavailable, a safety limit is reached, or continuing would risk the service. We may change features or providers while preserving already stored reports where reasonably possible.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material or repeated breach, security risk, unlawful use, or where a provider or law prevents us from continuing. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy a breach. Terms that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, Mentsight is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, or decisions made in reliance on an AI response. Our total liability relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid Mentsight in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. UK terms and contact

These Terms and disputes relating to them are governed by applicable UK law, and disputes may be heard by the UK courts that have jurisdiction. If a mandatory law gives you rights or access to another court that these Terms cannot limit, those rights continue to apply.
