What AI search visibility means

AI search visibility describes how a business appears in web-grounded, AI-generated answers to customer-style questions. Those answers may recommend businesses, compare options, describe services, or point someone to a useful source.

The result depends on the question. A company may appear for one service and not another, be named without a link, have its own website cited in one run, and appear alongside a third-party source in the next. A Mentsight report will keep those differences visible.
