For agencies

AI visibility reporting your clients can inspect

Track the customer questions that matter to each client, then open the answers behind the summary. Mentsight keeps prompts, mentions, citations, competitors, and practical opportunities together for a clearer monthly conversation.

Why AI visibility matters for agencies

A client does not need another unexplained score. They need to see which question was asked, what the assistant answered, whether the client appeared, and which sources supported the response.

That evidence also gives account teams something useful to work from. A missed mention may point to a service-page gap, a weak location signal, or an external source that repeatedly shapes the answer. It is an observation to investigate, not a promise about what will rank next month.

Questions your clients’ buyers ask

The right prompt set depends on your market and website. These examples show the level of specificity to aim for; you review and edit the real questions before a report runs.

  • Which B2B marketing agencies specialise in cybersecurity?
  • Best ecommerce SEO agency for a growing Shopify brand
  • Who can run paid search for a multi-location business?
  • Content agency or in-house team: which is better at this stage?
  • Agencies similar to [competitor] for a UK software company
  • Which branding agencies have experience in financial services?

What the report helps you inspect

Separate every client website

Questions, reports, competitors, and opportunities stay attached to the website they came from.

Show the work

Open the full answer and returned source links instead of asking a client to trust a dashboard number.

Build comparable history

Keep the approved question set and review fresh monthly snapshots against earlier reports.

Find a defensible next step

Tie each suggested action back to the questions, answers, and owned pages that prompted it.

Every result stays tied to a dated prompt and answer. Mentsight records a numeric position only when the response explicitly orders the businesses it names.

Sources you may see in the answer

A citation is evidence about what informed an answer, not proof that the source caused a mention. Depending on the question, returned links may include:

  • the client website and its service pages
  • industry publications and award directories
  • partner, marketplace, and certification profiles
  • review sites and customer discussions

Mentsight labels links to your own domain separately, while keeping external sources available for review.

A sensible first report

Start with one client whose buyers have a clear shortlist question. Approve a compact set of discovery, service, audience, location, and comparison prompts, then use the first report as a baseline rather than a league table.

Each approved question is sampled five times per included assistant. That makes variation visible, but the report remains a snapshot of those questions and runs—not a complete measure of the market.

Agencies AI visibility FAQs

Can an agency manage several client websites?

Mentsight keeps work separated by website. Agency coverage is quoted against the number of client websites and assistants being measured.

Can clients inspect the answers behind a report?

Yes. The product is designed around the original prompt, full answer, citation links, extracted observations, and competitors rather than a score alone.

Does Mentsight provide white-label reports?

White-label reporting is not part of the current public plan. Agencies can use the inspectable report and exported evidence in their own client workflow.
